All clients also receive a free 0844 number which can be routed to any UK landline and most overseas landlines free of charge. Our experienced staff will answer and greet your calls in your company name or personal name as required, then either transfer the call live to what ever number you request or take a message on your behalf.

By using the Phone services at our office you have an instant "virtual office" which can be combined with your private Mail Box for a very small monthly outlay and is especially suited to the business person on the move. Outside of normal offices hours your calls will be directed to your private and personal voicemail with you can customise with a personal greeting and can be accessed 24 hours a day by your own secure Personal Identification Number.

If you wish to retain your existing number you can divert incoming calls to us by activating BT's (or your cable operator's) call diversion from the keypad of your telephone. You need only do this when you are out or do not wish to be disturbed, and we will then answer professionally in your company name (or personal name) and take the message for you. Alternatively, you may prefer to have all your calls directed to your private voicemail thereby ensuring total confidentiality between you and your clients.

Once we receive your payment we will set up your service and contact you to arrange details such as what messages and information will be given to your client, how messages will be handled, forwarding preferences etc. Please remember when making payment to provide us with a reliable email address and other contact route such as a phone number and your service will be live within 24 hours.
